Ingredients: Water, Corn Maltodextrin, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Sodium and Calcium Caseinates, Soy Fiber, Fructose, Canola Oil, Soy Lecithin (emulsifier), Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Potassium Citrate (chelating agent), m-Inositol, Ascorbic Acid, Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Choline Chloride, Carrageenan (stabilizer), L-carnitine, Taurine, Zinc Sulfate, dl-Alpha-Tocopheryl, Ferrous Sulfate, Niacinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Manganese Sulfate, Cupric Sulfate, Thiamine Chloride Hydrochloride, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Vitamin A Palmitate, Beta-Carotene, Folic Acid, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Molybdate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenate, Phylloquinone, Cyanocobalamin, and Vitamin D3.

Indications/Uses
As a sole source of nutrition for the dietary management of impaired glucose tolerance. GLUCERNA Specialized Nutrition with Fiber is a reduced carbohydrate, modified-fat, fiber-containing medical food.
Provides 1 kcal/mL; 1000 Cal/Liter.
Dosage/Direction for Use
To be used under physician or dietitian supervision.
Special Precautions
Contains light-sensitive nutrients.
Feeding sets are for single-patient use only. Use clean technique to avoid set and/or product contamination.
Hang product up to 48 hours after initial spike when clean technique and only one new feeding set are used. Otherwise, hang no longer than 24 hours.
Not for people with galactosemia. Use under medical supervision. For enteral use only. Not for IV use.
Caution For Usage
Instructions for Use: All medical foods, regardless of type of administration system, require careful handling because they can support microbial growth. Follow these instruction for clean technique and proper setup to reduce potential for microbial contamination.
Note: Failure to follow the Instructions for Use increases the potential for microbial contamination and may reduce hangtime.
Pump feeding is recommended; use an 8 Fr or larger tube. If gravity feeding, use a 10 Fr or larger tube.
Administer product at room temperature.
THOROUGHLY wash hands with soap and water before handling container or feeding set.
Turn container upside down and SHAKE VIGOROUSLY, using a twisting motion for at least 10 seconds.
DO NOT touch any part of the container or feeding set that comes in contact with formula.
When initiating feeding, follow physician's instructions. Adjust flow rate and volume according to patient's condition and tolerance.
Additional fluid requirements should be met by giving water between or after feedings or when flushing the tube.
For Use with Enteral Feeding Pumps: Remove dust cover from RTH Safety Screw Cap.
Remove dust cover from feeding set connector.
Insert feeding set connector into port of RTH Safety Screw Cap and completely pierce foil.
Turn connector collar clockwise until it is securely fastened.
Close clamp on feeding set before inverting container.
Invert container and suspend, using hanging ring on the bottom container.
